Baleigh has had a passion for all things beauty for as long as she can remember. After receiving her cosmetology license she was offered a position with MAC Cosmetics where she found her passion for the bridal industry. In 2016 she left the corporate retail world and began serving brides across Texas.
Through her years in the industry she has found her niche and considers this the ultimate dream job.

Lauren was born and raised in Texas and has worked as a full-time licensed cosmetologist for the past 13 years. She truly feels like she found her dream job! When she's not servicing brides with Birdy Beauty, she is busy working in the salon or being a loving wife and mother to her three babies!
Ana Karen Trujillo
Lead makeup artist
Ana Karen has been a makeup artist for the last eight years and has extensive training and experience in the bridal and beauty industry. Her favorite looks are soft glam and enhancing one's natural beauty. When she's not working, you can find her enjoying family time with her husband and their daughter and seeing all the best places to eat around with a yummy drink in hand!

Audry has been doing makeup for the past four years. Makeup has been her passion since she was young. Audry's favorite thing about being a makeup artist is empowering women and making her clients feel and look beautiful. Her favorite things are spending quality time with family and friends and snuggling up next to her dog!
Kassidy Sugg
hair stylist
Kassidy is a licensed professional and has been doing hair for almost 2 years. She loves creating “lived in” styles at her salon during the week, but is always excited to join Birdy on the weekend with wedding hair and makeup. She loves getting to connect with people in this industry and create long lasting relationships with her clients! When she isn’t playing with hair, she and her husband love camping and hiking with their two pups!
